Incentives Coordinator (Fully Vaxxed/No C2C)

• Work with and issue customer incentive payments and credit memos
• Work closely with sales team to ensure superior customer service
• Identify best practices and avoid errors
• Prioritize tasks and requests
• Provide support on ad-hoc requests and related special projects, as required

• Associates Degree
• Prior experience in customer service
• Prior experience in an accounting role (can include billing, payroll, AR/AP, etc.)
