Description We are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst based in Louisville, Colorado. This role is critical in maintaining and improving our inventory processes within a high-volume environment. The position is an on-site role and will involve working with various software including NetSuite and MS Office.Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of inventory control for production and R& D activities, including material receipt and storage. Coordinate and analyze both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring optimal solutions that balance cost and service. Implement and monitor inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and enhance warehouse management processes. Ensure that all material information is accurately captured and tracked. Oversee the logistics network, including import/export and Hazardous Material compliance, and maintain shipment data archives. Facilitate pick and transfer requests to support production requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and take appropriate action when necessary. Develop and implement best-in-class warehouse management processes. Input and track shipments through RFP NetSuite and perform high-volume data entry tasks. Ensure raw materials, components, kitted assemblies, and sub-assemblies are correctly labeled and stored in the correct bin/location.
