We are ideally seeking a IT Audit and Compliance Analyst for one of the top employers in the Louisville, KY area. This person will be part of a new initiative to be the liaison between IT, Finance, and 3rd party vendors. The mission of this role will be to understand the current state of the IT environment along with identifying gaps and vulnerabilities within standard IT audit practices to build out programs and to continue to meet legal requirements and standards of their industry. This person will also be responsible for overseeing software purchasing and licensing across the entire IT landscape. This would include purchasing of new technologies, overseeing the relationship between vendors, and optimizing these tools to bring optimization and cost saving to the organization. The IT Audit and Compliance Analyst will need to bring a strong leadership presence that can work cross-functionally with different groups from Executive leadership to the project's staff and resources. Key areas of focus will be conducting strategic meetings across all project teams, building the Audit and Compliance plans and mock testing, experience solving complex issues, documentation and reporting to key decision makers and oversee the entirety of this new program. This person will need to be ready to jump onto a team quickly and have the ability to multi-task and be able to showcase strong initiative to delivery instant results with a high quality of service.
