Our chief focus in these investments has been in the areas that have the greatest impact on our clients: Our Technology, Our Analytics, Our Fraud Prevention Solutions, and - most importantly - Our People.The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing a variety of projects, including interrelated projects using Agile and traditional Project Management methods. The IT Project Manager facilitates and manages the collaboration of teams consisting of internal associates and/or external contacts for the purpose of completing project deliverables within the specific constraints of scope, time, budget, and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesC oordinate and drive projects from initiation through delivery.Serve as liaison between involved parties, technical and non-technical, to ensure all requirements are met and projects are completed on schedule.Create, update and maintain status communications.Management of all Agile project documentation, including product backlog and artifacts.Manage all traditional project documentation, including charter, project plan, requirements, high-level design, risk mitigation plan, contingency plans, workflows, testing and implementation plans.Facilitate escalation of issues and track to resolution.Assist in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; with a minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the Financial Services industry, experience in Application Development and Product Management, experience with Microsoft Project, VersionOne and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.The successful candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work with all levels within the business organization, internally and externally, as well as technical and non-technical associates. The successful candidate will also have experience in facilitation and conflict resolution along with a demonstrated, consistent track record of managing multiple projects with on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
