Journeyman PlumberJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee plumbing installation and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong job history in mechanical, troubleshooting, electrical, and construction skills, and will be responsible for managing the installation and repair of water, gas, and other piping systems in various settings including homes, businesses, and factories.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish.

Install and repair water, gas, and other piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Install plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, toilets, dishwashers, and water heaters.

Clean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively and safely.

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building codes.

Essential Skills

Strong mechanical skills.

Proficient in troubleshooting plumbing issues.

Knowledge of electrical and construction principles.

Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Skilled in installation and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with hydraulics is a plus.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong attention to detail.
