Job Description
The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assure that each participant receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health. Health care will be provided to participants in a manner that is normalizing sensitive to their needs, and responsive to their health care choices with respect to their dignity.This positionispart time with an average of 40 hours a week.Qualifications
Must be licensed LPN in the state of Kentucky. Minimum of2 years education and experience working with participants with disabilities or other long term care is preferred. The participant must be professional, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, participate team members and outside agencies.
