Randstad is excited to partner with a well know manufacturing facility in Franklin, Ky. We are in search of experienced Machine Operators who strive for exceptional performance and who have a track record of meeting production goals while always ensuring the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have mechanical apptitude, pay close attention to detail, and work well in a team enviornment. The machine operators will assist with loading and unloading equipment, operating the lines, and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. This position will be working 8 hour shifts and we currently have one 1st shift opening. Operate machine to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production.
Ensure appropriate, accurate documentation of processes
Maintain materials used in production processes
Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies
Maintain departmental quality standards
Other duties as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 35lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
