Maintenance Assistant Manager

Description:

This position is responsible for organizing, planning and performing work involving multiple trades personnel which includes construction, erection, electrical, hydraulic, and other trades personnel

Pay:

72k-75k based on experience and skills

Skills & Qualifications:

Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment

Must be able to stoop, bend, sit, twist, walk and stand for long periods of time

Management of time, organization, and working independently

Check equipment, follow up with supervisor and workers to ensure it is running well

Experience with commissioning equipment

Ensure safety is at the top of mind throughout daily activity

Experience with mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics

Microsoft offices suite experience desired
