Maintenance Crew - Full Time with benefits

Locally owned real estate company based in Lexington, Kentucky needs a hard working maintenance person. Benefits include paid vacation and sick time, health/vision/dental/life insurance & 401k, with match available. Starting pay range of $15 - $20/hour based on experience and skillset.

We own commercial properties throughout Kentucky. Duties include property maintenance, property cleaning, interior fit up & renovation, grounds maintenance, snow removal and a whole lot of other things. If you don't like working outside - this is not the job for you.

You must have a good attitude, ability to work with others well, ability to problem solve, follow directions, a clean driving record and most importantly a willingness to learn how we want our properties maintained and operated. It is imperative that you are punctual and responsive.

A background check and a clean drug test is required for employment.

Certain trade skills are a plus but not required: electrical, carpentry, construction, roofing are a plus.

Competitive pay with rate determined by your skillset and experience. 40 hour week, some weekends especially during inclement weather and some OT.
