Our products include flavors, syrups, sauces, creams, and more. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on various production equipment and systems.Responsibilities
Perform preventative and/or predictive maintenance on production lines, conveyor systems, cappers, fillers, labelers, palletizing equipment, boilers, and other vital components.
Conduct maintenance on waste water systems.
Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motor drives.
Work on rollers, belts, bushels, bearings, gear boxes, and other mechanical components.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
Experience with 480 Volt systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix AC/DC motor drives.
Knowledge and experience with rollers, belts, bushels, bearings, and gear boxes.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Experience in the food, flavor, beverage, and/or packaging industry.
Knowledge of boilers and compressors.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps.
Any additional education or certifications are highly regarded.
