Maintenance/Office Cleaning - $18/Hour

A small, local cleaning company is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented individual for part-time maintenance and office cleaning in downtown Lexington.

Job Duties Include:

Cleaning:

-Emptying trash

-Vacuuming and dusting

-Mopping floors

-Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas

Basic Maintenance:

-Replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles

-Monitoring and maintaining a small outdoor fountain in a courtyard

Schedule:

-Tuesday evening

-Saturday or Sunday morning

-Total Hours: 6 to 8 hours per week

Requirements:

-Experience in maintenance and commercial cleaning preferred

-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

-Must own a cell phone

-Clean background check required

-Must be able to pass a drug test
