Med Device Assembly Technician - $22-$26/hour

Perform incoming and in-process inspection and testing of components as required. Work with engineers and technicians to develop and improve assembly methods. Other equipment includes pouch sealer, tray sealer, UV light wand, microscopes, Instron force testing machine, and custom built assembly fixtures/tools. Understanding of equipment management. Including scheduling, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration verification of all fixtures and tools. Proficient with Microsoft Excel to organize and schedule tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Word. Time Management and understanding of occasional un-movable deadlines Able to understand and follow mechanical assembly drawings and written instructions. Able to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. Able to use simple measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers and rulers. Enjoy working in a small team in support of group goals. Able to work with minimum supervision.Skills:Mechanical assembly
