Job Responsibilities

Job description

  • Plan, implement / assist Engineering team in quarterly / yearly upgrades for hardware, firmware, and software for yearly roadmaps.
  • Assist with around the clock monitoring, acting on alerts, analyzing errors, trends, and resolutions.
  • Identify and recommend optimization & error reduction and performance improvement enhancement.
  • Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs.
  • work with Database administrators to enable connectivity from Middleware Tools to relevant Databases and optimize the connectivity with appropriate parameter settings.
  • Configure clustered instances where required using appropriate technologies.
  • work with Application developers, System and Database administrators to deploy Middleware agents and configure them.
  • Context on how you are employing required skills.
  • Highlight soft skills, and deliverables.
