We are looking for talented, energetic, individuals with a knack for building customer relationships, solving problems and creating memorable engagements.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work with team members to:

Plan, develop and execute the Change Management deliverables such as the Change Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Impact Analysis

Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutioning

Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching

Provide insight into our methodology and IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies

Create new Change Management innovations

A Day in the LifePlan: Analysts assist in developing the overall Change Management strategy, communication plan, training plan and transition plans for customer and internal projects. Analysts who demonstrate proficiency in developing the strategy and planning deliverables will be given the opportunity to lead this work with senior management oversight.Analyze: Analysts assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the change effort at key milestones leading up to the implementation date. They will present the results to client leadership and assist with making recommendations to improve understanding and buy-in of the anticipated changes.Execute: Analysts execute the change strategy by assisting in the development of the change impact assessments, execute the communication plan by writing content and work with other Oracle team members to execute the training plan. Analysts serve our customers as trusted advisors by delivering excellence in every interaction, clearly communicating the methodology, action items and recommendations and exceeding customer expectations.Build the practice: Analysts help build the Change Management practice by contributing to methodology, assets, and knowledge sharing. Analysts will occasionally lead calls, learning sessions and talent development.To be successful in this role, you:

Possess 1-3 years of management consulting change experience

Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer service and delivery excellence

Are self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills

Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build rapport

Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner

Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty and solve problems

Are able to travel, when required

May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $28.03 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $28.99 to $55.24 per hour; from $60,300 to $114,900 per annum.
