Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct all phone calls
Greets, announces, and directs all visitors
Sort mail and faxes
Assist customers with products, directions, etc.
Ensure the customers at the counter receive timely assistance
Perform any administrative task as may be required
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Positive attitude and friendly smile
