A major healthcare company is looking for patient enrollment representatives to join the Customer Care team. Located in the East End of Louisville. Pay is $17/hour. The position will be 100% in office. Qualifications: - Must have at least 1 year of call center experience - Ideal experience in healthcare or insurance - Computer literate - High School Diploma or GEDsalary: $16.99 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Review and process patients' enrollment forms

Assist patients on the phone with program enrollment

Notify patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and next steps needed for the enrollment process

Schedule treatments

Support inbound and outbound phone lines

Communicate daily with patient/authorized representative on eligibility

Contact patient/authorized representative to determine supplementary information needed to enroll into the program
