Position Description: PC Tech will be physically or virtually assisting users over the phone and performing data migrations, pushing software and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations in a plant environment.
Skills A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting Perform data migrations using various tools Accurately document the installation and or removal of equipment The ability to multi-task, punctual and flexibility with the work hours.
