- Manages support staff and project managers.
- Creation and implementation of the PMO including a formal project management methodology and governance.
- Works with the Computing Services team to maintain the corporate collaboration systems (Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Manages the Service Desk and IT Service Management system.
- Maintains and supports network printing systems and service provider.
- Maintains and supports user endpoints (Desktops, Laptops, Workstations).
- Manages mobile phones and service provider.
- Coordinates user equipment moves, additions, and changes.
- Creates and maintains applicable cybersecurity policies through collaboration with the cybersecurity manager
- Creates and maintains vendor relationships.
- Builds and maintains annual budget for Client and Project services.
- Develops and maintains service level metrics and KPIs.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing teams' delivery IT Services.
- Experience defining and executing IT services strategies, day to day IT operations and project governance and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study
- CompTIA Project +, PMP or other project certification preferred.
- Must have strategic thinking
