Production Technician

• These roles will be on-site at the
  Louisville Repair Depot (LRD) - 4310 Chefs Way Ste 102, Louisville, KY 40218
• This is an entry level position - no prior experience required.
• The role is to assemble simple items and kit them together for shipping
• Candidates may be eligible for full time employment after months based on their performance and position availability

• Pre-screen consists of 6 video questions and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This is an interview! The hiring manager may make offers on pre-screen videos alone, so it is really important that candidates provide thoughtful responses to the questions and treat it like an actual interview.

• Assemble, kit, build small components in a production environment
• Work Efficiently to ensure timely build completion on the production line
• Complete quality assurance testing on equipment
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in the production area
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of the production area and equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile equipment
• Move material or complete products and packages to established locations
• Tag and label equipment
• Label and stockpile equipment according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack equipment in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged equipment items
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
• Additional tasks as directed by lead, team lead or management
• Remain current with all procedures and provide input as appropriate
• Maintain constant adherence to inventory control practices and procedures
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Always put safety first
