Production Welder - Days & Weekends

WelderJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Welder, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our warehouse parts supplied to major distribution centers. As a Welder, you will be tasked with performing repair welds on parts that are missed by robotic welders. Your ability to keep up with production numbers while ensuring the delivery of quality parts is vital. You will set up jigs and fixtures, make necessary adjustments in equipment, and operate it under efficient procedures to meet production standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for various processes such as buffing, spot welding, mig welding, and more, ensuring all required records are kept and the work area remains clean. Adherence to all verbal and written instructions for the operation of equipment and other assigned tasks is imperative.Shift and Pay

1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm ($22/hr)

3rd Shift, Monday-Thursday 6pm-4:30am ($23.50/hr)

Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm ($25/hr)

Hard Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in a welding capacity (farming or manufacturing)

Proficiency in repair welding, not fabrication

Ability to set-up jigs and fixtures

Operational knowledge of special welding fixtures and mig welding

Experience with measuring tools to ensure quality standards
