You'll provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting, applying clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, medication management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support recovery and stabilization.You'll apply your RN skills to assess complex behavioral health needs, develop individualized nursing care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in a structured therapeutic environment.
