Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking

Scrum Master client in

Louisville, Kentucky. This is a

contract position.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Technical Requirements and Certifications »
  • Scrum Master certification.

Education and Experience »
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with the SDLC
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
  • Experience in working in multi-team environment
  • Previous experience planning and managing large projects
  • Prior experience in the health solutions industry
  • Working experience with IT teams
  • Experience in a SAFe environment working with SAFe delivery teams
  • Experience working with data analytics delivery teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Prior insurance operations background
  • Technical documentation abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
  • Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Senior Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings.
  • Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence.
