job detailsThe Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting at the direction of the CFO. This position will be responsible for maintaining day to day accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager coordinates the activities of the accounting/HR department staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and support of budget and forecast activities. The Accounting Manager will have regular interface with members of the senior management team as well as customers and vendors and as such should possess strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities
