Job Description:

This position provides technical support services to business groups. He/She requires performance of break-fix maintenance of office equipment such as: laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, networking equipment, and smartphones. This position troubleshoots to perform basic installations and configurations of hardware and software and replace defective equipment so that corporate office business groups may meet departmental requirements.

2 year Associates or technical college recommended or technical work experience

2-4 years of technical experience

Programming experience recommended not required

Schedule: Friday - Monday (4x10)

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office)
