The position will serve as a key leader, responsible for guiding the vision, development, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise systems, with a focus on master data management and cross-functional process design. By applying product management principles, this role ensures that enterprise systems deliver maximum value, align with business objectives, and meet evolving stakeholder needs. Responsibilities

Participate in the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategy for enterprise business systems, focusing on systems analysis, process optimization, and product lifecycle management.

Serve as a product owner for key enterprise systems, defining the vision, roadmap, and success criteria to meet organizational goals.

Oversee the prioritization of product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Lead the evaluation of business requirements, workflows, and interdependencies, providing actionable insights to enhance system capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to define and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for system and process enhancements.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise systems, including ideation, development, implementation, and iteration.

Design and oversee optimized processes that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Implement product management best practices, such as user story creation, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.

Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for enterprise system improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, resolve conflicts, and align on product goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, systems analysis, and process optimization.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that enterprise systems remain competitive and effective.

Measure and report on the success of product initiatives, using metrics to inform future decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, product management, and enterprise systems integration.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments and driving measurable business impact.

Proven history of managing the product lifecycle for large-scale enterprise applications, cross-functional systems, ERP, and master data management platforms.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Strong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog management, and iterative delivery.

Expertise in business process analysis, workflow design, and data analysis techniques.

Proficient in enterprise systems integration and their alignment with business needs.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
