TCI has an immediate need for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst
in the Lexington, KY area. Hybrid or full remote workers will be considered but preference will be given to local candidates. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate, identify, research, and define improvement opportunities to processes and systems.
- Implement, communicate, and document solutions as needed or required.
- Evaluate and support enterprise and cross-departmental applications.
- Provide documentation and training to SMEs and end-users on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements
- Perform system cutover and post-go-live support activities.
- Responsible for all aspects of project management to implement changes (i.e. analyze business requirements, define solutions, write proposals, estimate budgets, perform planning, etc.).
- 4 year degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar.
- 5+ years in a systems and process support role as a business analyst.
- Technical project management and team coordination experience.
- Experience with Agile or Business Process and Analysis methodologies.
- Ability to educate coworkers and the capability to support end-users.
- Scrum, PMP, and/or BA Certifications.
