Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services. This role is specifically onsite in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Responsibilities:  Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).  Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.  Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.  Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.  Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.  Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS.  Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.  Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.  Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.  Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.  Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.  Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.  Assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.  Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.  SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Project/Program Responsibilities: Pre-FEED & FEED Support: March 2026 – July 2026Develop and maintain a master schedule.For the current project phase, the level of detail will be a level 3 schedule.  Level 2 for all other phases.The level 3 schedule will be a resource loaded schedule and include activities for EWP/CWP development, procurement, and construction.The level 3 schedule will be developed using P6 or Microsoft project The level 3 schedule will be resource loaded and leveled using the final appropriation estimate and then updated with actual construction bids when they are received.Whenever a level 3 schedule is baselined, a schedule basis will be submitted describing the methods, assumptions, and risks.Develop monthly reports showing schedule performance, the critical path, total float, free float for the next critical path, and forecast of milestones.Support construction contractors in the development of their resource loaded schedules, and integrate into the master schedule.
