This role involves a variety of functions, including tax compliance, planning, and preparation of business and individual income tax returns. You will be working in a fast-paced, paperless environment, utilizing various software such as UltraTax and Quickbooks®.Responsibilities: Prepare business and individual income tax returns Provide tax compliance and planning services for both businesses and individuals Leverage UltraTax, Quickbooks®, and Microsoft Office programs for tax-related tasks Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms Multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously Solve problems effectively and demonstrate strong mathematical proficiency Assist with tax projections and planning Ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping and income tax compliance Adapt to working in a paperless environment.Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Creative Solutions - UltraTax Experience with Individual Tax Return and Corporate Tax Return preparation Demonstrable skills in Bookkeeping Proven expertise in Income Tax Compliance Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred CPA certification or progress towards certification would be considered an advantage.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
