Overseeing the daily management of the company’s financial transactions using treasury software
Diagnosing and resolving treasury software problems
Managing payment procedures
Training other staff members to effectively use treasury software
Actively participating in defining strategic direction for the utilization of treasury software
Working with auditors and compliance officers as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in treasury, finance, or in a similar role
Proficiency in treasury software experience
Knowledge of home banking systems
Understanding of payment systems and processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Treasury Accountant or similar role
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software is advantageous Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in Banking Operation and Cash Activity management Strong financial acumen with understanding of finance-related tasks Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
