Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist patients and healthcare providers, and manage various administrative tasks in a high-volume call environment. Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient medications as needed.
Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED.
High volume call experience.
