LEAD LINE COOKS needed for TOP Restaurant
Sofia was recently voted Best Restaurant by both Gambit and Where Y'at Magazine. Featuring Italian-inspired cuisine with a wood fired oven, hand made pastas, pizzas and distinctive flavors designed around family style dining and sharing. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef – Talia Diele. We are seeking talented kitchen employees to help support and develop this outstanding team. It is our goal to hire highly motivated and hardworking individuals who share the same love for food and our community.
Seeking experienced cooks for all line stations. Experience is preferred but a willingness to learn is a requirement in our kitchen.
Job includes daily execution of individual line station.
Need to have the skills to manage tickets times and producing well executed dishes in a timely fashion.
Must be punctual and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Must work clean and efficiently while upholding kitchen standards.
Must be passionate and motivated to learn and work well with others.
Need to be able to stay organized, multitask and work well under pressure.
Team-orientated and looking for growth opportunities.
Advanced knife and butchery skills are a plus.
Creativity and love for cooking delicious food is encouraged.
Compensation:
HIGHLY competitive compensation DOE.
4% Service Charge paid entirely to Kitchen Employees.
