Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Analyst focusing on accounts payable primarily. We are seeking a meticulous individual who can handle various accounting responsibilities with SAP experience. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all stages. Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records. Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on their status. Use Accounting Software Systems and other tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, and Concur to perform tasks. Engage in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning as part of the job function. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks. Conduct auditing procedures as part of the role. Manage billing functions efficiently.
