Ability to maintain confidential files on employees, including personnel, training, small tools, and productivity used for Performance Planning and Review forms

Must have a working knowledge of SAP, (Plant Maintenance, PTMW, MIGO, IFCU, IW21-Notification, and IW31-Work Order), Agile Assets (La.GOV), and Microsoft Office software

Must be able to type, be able to use a two-way radio, personal computer, fax machine, copier, PDA's, and printers

As part of a Career Progression Group, this vacancy may be filled from this recruitment as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant.
