Incumbent must be self-motivated and be able to perform duties independently with little to no supervision on a daily basis. The incumbent is expected to exercise initiative in determining the approach/action to take in situations that may arise. Preference may be given to candidates with a working knowledge and understanding of DOTD Policies and Procedures Memorandum (PPM's), CS Rules, HR/Purchasing rules and regulations, OGB and LASERS policies. Incumbent participates in DOTD structured training programs as appropriate and attends all continuing education classes and conferences deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of required tasks.AN IDEAL CANIDATE SHOULD POSESS THE FOLLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
