Supplemental InformationThis position is located in Baton Rouge, LAOffice of Governmental, Administrative, & Public Affairs - Human Resources Job Focus Area This Administrative Program Specialist C reports to the unclassified Executive Director of Organizational Development and is responsible for providing specialized program support for the LDOE. The Administrative Program Specialist C serves as the senior staff assistant to the Executive Director of Organizational Development and is responsible for managing the operations of the agency-wide professional development program. The Specialist differs from an Administrative Program Specialist A or B by the presence of a higher degree of complexity and impact of work. The Administrative Program Specialist C differs from an Executive Staff Officer by the absence of responsibility for serving as the special assistant to an Assistant Secretary or equivalent.No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy.
