Aircraft Sheet Metal Technician

Aerotek Aviation is looking to hire Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to support a long-term contract position in Lake Charles, LA. These positions start immediately (after clearing compliance), per diem, weekly pay check, overtime available, and potential to renew contract after 12-months.If you are interested in applying please email at phiguera@aerotek.comDescription:Aircraft Structures Mechanics will plan, layout, drill, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings and FAA regulations

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the aviation industry performing heavy sheet metal repairs/modifications

Proficient in fabrication, riveting, countersinking, installing, and repairs
