Monarch Investment is actively interviewing for a Maintenance Technician HVAC Experience position at Pecan Grove/Rosewood Apartments in Alexandria, LA. This is a full-time and permanent role with amazing benefits package and quarterly bonus structure.

PAY: $20-$23.00 + Quarterly Bonus & Amazing Benefits and Perks!

On call every 4th week, $100 on-call bonus, up to $3,000+ a year in bonuses

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5 with some on-call

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority

Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy

Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

Maintaining property grounds

Preventative maintenance

Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas

Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC certification required

6+ months’ experience in general maintenance

Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry

Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

Have good verbal and written communication

EPA & CPO certified preferred

Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.
