Apartment Make Ready Tech

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician for our newly acquired apartment community in Metairie, LA.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in

Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance

Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling

HVAC experience in a PLUS

Must be dependable and have own transportation
