Banquet Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards, recipes, and event specifications  Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests during banquet and catered events  Verify guest age identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Louisiana alcohol service laws and hotel policies  Set up, stock, maintain, and break down banquet bars and beverage stations before, during, and after events  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards at all bar and beverage service areas  Monitor guest alcohol consumption and address service concerns professionally and responsibly  Accurately process beverage transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures when applicable  Ensure bar inventory, garnishes, glassware, and supplies are properly stocked throughout events  Collaborate with Banquet, Culinary, and Event teams to ensure smooth and timely service execution  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures  Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beer selections, and banquet beverage offerings  Assist with special events, VIP functions, weddings, and large-scale banquet operations as assigned  Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional guest engagement
