Description One of our clients in the Lafayette area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract position.Contact Ade Henderson for immediate consideration
Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to cash flow.
Monitor financial transactions and reports.
Process accounts receivable and payable.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Perform payroll functions.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Ensure legal requirements compliance.
Requirements
3+ years' experience in bookkeeping.
Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
