WHAT’S THE JOB?The Breakfast Cook is responsible for the preparation, execution, and presentation of all breakfast menu items while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDEPreparing and cooking all breakfast menu items, including hot and cold offeringsCreating and following approved breakfast menus to ensure consistent quality and varietyWrapping, labelling, and dating all baked and breakfast items in accordance with production schedulesEnsuring consistent food quality in line with client requirements, including accommodation of special dietary needsMaintaining proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitation throughout the kitchenComplying with all Food Safety and sanitation regulationsMonitoring food presentation, freshness, and portion control during breakfast serviceSupervising and supporting night‑shift or early‑morning kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as requiredAssisting with inventory rotation and effective use of breakfast food stocksMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation before, during, and after service
