This team messages every aspect of being an owner: from the expert techs and quality Service parts to digital experiences like BlueCruise and FordPass. These are all part of a holistic offering that customers unlock the day they choose Ford, giving them the confidence that we’ve got them for every journey ahead.This particular role will support our creative platform and lead the creation of content featuring our Connected Services and Membership benefits throughout the ownership cycle. They will work closely with experts in CRM, Ford.com, Paid Media, and Retail Advertising to deliver memorable and effective creative content that drives overall loyalty and satisfaction with our owners, but more specifically drives awareness of these services as well as customer utilization.

Become an expert in all of our latest and upcoming Digital and Connected Services that are driving Ford and our customers into the future.

Co-create the communications elements of customer journeys intended to make customers aware of, and keep them engaged with, Connected Services and Membership benefits.

Expertly craft flexible but purposeful imagery, videos, copywriting, and other assets in a quality and timely manner, working in partnership with leads in GTM Strategy and Channel/Content Strategy.

Manage, plan, prioritize, and release creative content across Brand, Regional and Dealer usage to drive Brand style consistency across our channels and advertising tiers.

Be accountable to the performance of content you create and utilize data and insights to drive continuous improvements to content performance.

Creating and/or using a Creative Brief, interacting with Creative Talent, and ability to provide thoughtful feedback on creative iterations.

Effectively collaborate and generate consensus with cross functional teams, including internal and external partners, such as ad agencies.

The minimum requirements we seek:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role (agency and/or client side)

3+ years of brand and/or retail experience in marketing asset production

3+ years of campaign management experience

Our preferred requirements:

Automotive industry experience preferred

Experience with subscription services and memberships highly desired

Knowledge of the latest techniques and trends in asset production

Demonstrable experience in using customer needs and business goals to tailor and deliver marketing assets, such as videos, imagery, or copywriting

Demonstrable knowledge of how to use marketing channels to amplify a creative message – particularly digital and CRM

Data analytical skills to discern insight from performance metrics

Experience at an Advertising Agency in client management

Ability to own project goals, lead projects independently, as well as multi-task, prioritize and organize workload.

Budget-management skills oriented to delivering goals within a set funding target.

Solution-oriented, effective communication skills

Presentation skills among large groups and leaders
