You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, communicate the value of our services, and guide them through the customer journey.This position is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by professional growth and measurable results.ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers and build strong, professional relationships.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Clearly communicate the value, services, and benefits offered by Skillbridge Academy.Guide prospective customers through the acquisition and onboarding process.Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and progress.Follow up with potential customers in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with team members to support customer acquisition goals.Contribute ideas that can improve customer engagement and overall performance.Meet individual and team performance objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
