The goal is to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and courteous assistance, thereby maintaining high satisfaction and loyalty.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person in a friendly and professional mannerResearch and address complaints, escalating issues as neededMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedbackHelp in managing and updating customer service databases or CRM toolsSupport other teams (sales, shipping, product) to ensure customer requests are fulfilled promptlyContribute to development and maintenance of customer service policies and proceduresAttend training sessions; keep up with product/service knowledge to be a resource for customers
