In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance and solutions in a fast-paced and professional environment. You’ll work closely with our property management and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency.Responsibilities:Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-personAssist clients with rental applications, property information, and service requestsResolve customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of client interactions and transactionsCoordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer needsProvide support during property showings and open house eventsProcess client documentation and maintain confidential information
