Desktop Support Technician (level II) Location: Mansfield , LA Duration: 6 - 12 months+ Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Technician (Level II). The ideal candidate will have experience supporting 200-300+ end-users, possess basic network troubleshooting and have experience supporting mobile devices and tablets. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for, but limited to: hardware deployments, racking equipment, networking, answering calls and working tickets. You will also help support windows environments, mobile devices, active directory management, and O365 management.
