Event Specialist

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Baton Rouge.In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from initial preparation through completion. You will work closely with team members, vendors, clients, and event partners to ensure each event runs smoothly and delivers a professional and engaging experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and contributing creative ideas in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events.Coordinate event schedules, logistics, materials, and operational requirements.Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, venues, and internal team members.Support event setup, organization, execution, and breakdown as needed.Maintain accurate event information, timelines, and documentation.Help identify and resolve logistical challenges before and during events.Ensure event standards, presentation, and guest experience remain consistent.Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and improve event experiences.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Provide professional on-site support throughout scheduled events.
