We're looking for an experienced chef who is comfortable managing people, organized, adaptable, good attitude and attentive to detail in an elevated dining environment. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership, with room for creative input.

Physical Requirements:

-Able to work on your feet for long hours

-Comfortably reach, bend, and move in a tight line

-Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Required Skills & Experience:

People management

Food costing

Ordering and Receiving

Food Safety Knowledge

High volume food prep

Seasonal menu development

Extensive knowledge of allergens and food safety

Oversee food costing, purchasing, scheduling and inventory

Train, motivate, and hold staff accountable

Ensure consistent quality, detail, and standards

Expo with confidence

Collaborate on menu development
