Hiring caretaker to join care team for high-functioning client

Have experience babysitting and/or caretaking and looking for a not-high-effort part-time or full-time job? This job is perfect for you. Client is a bright, fun 38-year-old woman with high functioning autism. Basically, she can do a lot of things independently (knows how to bathe herself, groom, do chores, make food for herself) but needs a caretaker to help her go to enrichment activities, manage her condo/household, and help her overall with day-to-day life. The team already consists of 5 ladies (ages 20s to 40s) but we are looking to add a team member (Direct Service Worker or DSW) to help divide shifts. One DSW works one shift at a time (sometimes a double if you're up for it) and each shift is 8 hours. The shift times are 7:30am to 3:30pm (daytime rate, $12/hr), 3:30pm to 11:30pm (daytime rate), and 11:30pm to 7:30am (nighttime rate $8/hr). A maximum of 40 hours a week can be worked (5 shifts).
