House Attendant

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, service corridors, linen rooms, and public spaces. Deliver and replenish linens, towels, guest supplies, and housekeeping amenities throughout the hotel. Support Room Attendants by removing garbage, soiled linens, and recycling from guestrooms and service areas. Respond promptly to guest and colleague requests in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with the movement and setup of furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest room items. Ensure housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning tools are stocked and maintained. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost & found items following hotel procedures. Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas and support deep cleaning projects as assigned. Work closely with the Housekeeping leadership team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Follow all health, safety, and brand standards at all times. Other duties assigned
